     For those of you that have been following me throughout the past few years have noticed the change in my physical appearance. The fact that I have many of you and people I know around me have told me so. Well, it hasn't been easy I will tell you. Me losing this weight all started with a spiritual journey for me not too long ago and understanding that I had to truly protect my energy and giving people the negative energy that they desired from me was not only stopping me from growing as a woman but it was stopping me from growing spiritually. I was only able to do so much and it caused a block! I had to do a lot of cleaning up with my lifestyle and that included letting go of people around me and truly putting myself first and allowing myself the ZERO FUCKS to give about them! Once I did that and I had an agreement with myself that they are going to live their lives with out me if I died so I had to do the same. I will blog more about this soon. BELLY DANCING HAS DONE WONDERS FOR ME! I would encourage you all to try it and to check it out. I have a youtube channel called the dancing channel! I upload random clips of belly dancing and other things! My vision is to start doing routines on my own dancing channel in the future. AS THE WORLD CELEBRATES THANKSGIVING LET'S TRY TO RESPECT OTHER PEOPLES BELIEFS and Live in PEACE!

This is actually my face when people tell me "happy thanksgiving" lmao! I use to get really offended and tell people off but I don't do that anymore. Actually, I take the time to remind people about what Thanksgiving is really all about if they push it too much. I also tell people that I do my best to respect other people's beliefs and how they should and if they would want someone telling them that they could not worship their God and how some people think that their God is evil. I usually will have their attention then. I do keep it short and sweet because all I want to do...just as all my ancestors did that were of all African and Native indigenous peoples wanted was to live in peace. Ase'!!

 Did you know that OKLAHOMA MEANS "home of the red man"? It is said that when the Cherokee first arrived in Oklahoma during the great trail of tears, many small towns were named after what they saw! Towns like...HOLATA OKLAHOMA(saw a whole lotta Indians lol). Broken bow, Broken Arrow, Oolagah, Ahloso, Oklahoma. SPIRIT HAD ME TELL THIS YOUNG MAN THIS MESSAGE AND HIS REACTION WAS SHOCKING!!!

 

So, of course, if you have been following me on social media we all know by now that if you have an impending feeling to tell someone something that is usually spirit telling you what you should do. I have a neighbor that I noticed how good of a father he is. He always has his kids taking care of them and they have very good manners. They will come around and run around where I live and play. They don't bother me at all. I happen to run into him today on my way out. Spirit was like "tell him what a good father he is". I was like oh boy what now? So spirit was showing me how he and his spouse were fighting and I was like "please I don't want to have nothing to do with that". So as I saw him he came over and said hello. I told him that I noticed what a good daddy he is. His children were very polite. He proceeds to start talking to me telling me EVERYTHING about his life and how he and his wife were going through a divorce and he just wants custody of his kids. I saw that crazy look in his eyes and he was like "that means so much to me" he says sometimes I think the worse you know". He proceeds to tell me that sometimes like today he wants to do something really bad and he started to cry.  I was like  "I know and understand how you are feeling right now but this you will get past it because out of everything bad something good comes out of it and you deserve it because you have a good heart, but always remember how much your children need you here. No matter what and you want to be here when they are grown cause they will always need you and they won't forget what you have done for them. I know spirit was at work cause he just had this whole calm peace and determination about himself after our talk. You know sometimes we just need someone to listen and not judge so that the other person can do his or her healing. Ase!! I thank the ancestors!!
