These days many women are connecting to the Goddess energy inside. Many including myself that we are all Gods and Goddess in our own right. Now, this can mean that you literally view yourself as a Goddess or that you are taking up "Goddess type" actions and rituals to better yourself. To become your greatest version aka LEVEL UP! In today's society, many women are focused more on family, friends, and things around them, instead of putting themselves first. Just because you put yourself first doesn't mean that you are less than, selfish, rude, or anything like that. One just need to understand that you have to take care of you! NUMBER ONE! You have to take care of yourself so that you can take care of others. Give yourself permission to do that and get the help you need and deserve.
